About The Film
The Ride tells the story of a little girl named Mae Loflin and how therapeutic horseback riding has helped her to learn to take her first steps. Charleston Area Therapeutic Riding debuted the film at their annual fundraiser and continues to feature it on their website and Facebook page to help attract more people and support to their mission.

 

THE DANCE

About The Film
The Dance tells the story of Nia & Marshall—two individuals with developmental disabilities that fell deeply in love but thought marriage was an impossibility. The overarching goal of all the films in the eitas film series is to raise awareness of eitas’ mission through a series of personal stories demonstrating the real life impact eitas has on those they serve—stories that are authentic, emotional, and cinematic. The Dance introduces eitas in a subtle, organic way. The Behind The Scenes film provides story depth and, most importantly, reveals the character of eitas (and its staff) in an authentic and emotional way. Both films are showcased on a dedicated film microsite (eitasfilms.org) which links back to eitas’ main website. Additionally, the films are featured on a variety of eitas social media channels including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

This is a story of hope prevailing against fear. This is the story of Miss T. SECOND CHANCE

About The Film
Second Chance tells the story of Chrissy, a young woman who endured years of unimaginable abuse as a child, and who now helps children in abusive environments find a second chance at life. The goal of this short film was to educate audiences about the children KVC serves and the difference loving foster and adoptive parents can make in a child's life. The film debuted to an audience of 600+ at KVC's annual donor luncheon and continues to help attract more people and support to KVC's mission.
